Booking and Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GoGoGoCars. A booking is not confirmed until you receive email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund
24-48 Hours: 50% refund of the total booking amount
Less than 24 Hours: No refund available

Vehicle Use and Safety

• All drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed
• Seat belts must be worn at all times

Tour Guidelines

Tours are conducted in English and include professional photography. Participants should dress appropriately for outdoor activities and weather conditions. We recommend bringing sunscreen, water, and comfortable clothing. Tours may be modified based on weather, road conditions, or safety considerations.

Liability and Insurance

Participation in tours is at your own risk. GoGoGoCars carries comprehensive insurance, but participants are advised to have personal travel insurance. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or any indirect damages arising from tour participation.

Photography and Media Rights

Professional photography is included in all tours. By participating, you grant GoGoGoCars permission to use photos and videos for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out. You retain rights to your personal photos taken during the tour.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. In case of severe weather requiring tour cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Age and Health Requirements

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Participants should be in reasonable physical condition for outdoor activities
• Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect tour participation
• Pregnant women are advised to consult their physician before booking

Modifications and Disputes

GoGoGoCars reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Hawaii state law. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoGoGoCars.
